How long does tracking take?
Most game offers are tracked within three business days. Weekends don't count toward this timeframe.
Why do game offers sometimes take longer?
Some game offers go through an extra verification period, which can take up to seven business days. This happens when the game provider needs more time to confirm the milestone was completed correctly before releasing the reward.
What if your reward is still missing?
Contact EarnStar Support at [email protected] if your reward still hasn't been credited after the expected timeframe (three business days for standard tracking, or seven business days for offers that need verification). Include the game and the milestone you completed so we can look into it.
