What is the minimum age to join EarnStar?
You must be 18 or older to create an EarnStar account and take part in surveys and offers.
Why is there a minimum age requirement?
The age limit helps us comply with legal and survey industry standards. It also means everyone taking part can enter into agreements and manage their own rewards responsibly.
What happens if you're under 18?
If you're under 18, you can't create or use an EarnStar account. Accounts that belong to someone under 18 may be suspended or removed. If this applies to you, please delete your account. We'd love to have you join once you're eligible.
What if you entered your date of birth incorrectly?
If you're 18 or older but entered the wrong date of birth when you signed up, contact our Support team so we can correct it. Don't create a second account to fix it, as that may conflict with our one-account-per-person policy.
