Wondering how your reward gets credited after you complete an offer? Here's how tracking works and what timeframes to expect.

How does offer tracking work?

When you complete an offer, the offer provider tracks your activity and confirms you completed it according to their requirements. Once it's tracked, that information is passed along to credit your reward to your EarnStar account.

How long does tracking take?

Most offers are tracked within three business days, though this can vary depending on the offer provider. Weekends don't count toward this timeframe.

Why do some offers take longer?

Some offers go through an extra verification period, which can take up to seven business days. This happens when the offer provider needs more time to confirm the offer was completed correctly before releasing the reward.

What does pending mean?

Pending means your reward is still being tracked or verified, and you don't need to do anything. You can check it anytime by going to Games history and selecting Show Pendings.

What if your reward doesn't show up?

Contact EarnStar Support at [email protected] with the details of the offer if your reward still hasn't been credited after the expected timeframe (three business days for standard tracking, or seven business days for offers that need verification). We'll look into it.
