Not every offer on EarnStar is available to you. Some offers come with device, operating system (OS) or regional requirements. Here's why that happens.

Why are some offers restricted?

Third-party advertisers create the offers, and they often set their own targeting requirements, such as a specific device type, an OS version or a limit to certain countries. EarnStar doesn't control these restrictions. We show the offers that are available based on the criteria each advertiser sets.

What kinds of restrictions are common?

The most common restrictions are:

  • Device type, for example mobile only or desktop only
  • Operating system, for example iOS only or Android only
  • Region or country, for example only available in certain countries

What should you do if you can't access an offer?

Check back later, as new offers are added regularly. If you think you should have access to an offer but can't see it, that's usually because of the advertiser's targeting, not a problem with your account.
