Noticed a reward sitting in a pending status? Here's why that happens and what to expect.
Why is your reward pending?
A pending reward means your reward is on hold while the offer provider completes their verification process. This is a standard step to confirm the offer was completed before the reward is finalized.
How long does verification take?
Verification can take up to seven business days. Once it's complete, your reward is credited to your account automatically.
Where can you see your pending rewards?
You can see them in Games history. Select Show Pendings to check the status of your rewards.
Do you need to do anything?
No. We know waiting can be frustrating, but your reward is being tracked and will be released once verification is finished.
