Just claimed your reward and wondering what happens next? Here's how the process works and what affects how long it takes.
What happens after you claim your reward?
We send a reward email to the email address registered on your account. That's where you start the redemption.
How do you complete the redemption?
Follow the instructions in the reward email. They take you to a page where you enter your details and complete the payout. You can cash out to PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, bank transfer, a Visa prepaid card, Revolut or more than 270 gift cards.
Some rewards, such as Revolut and bank transfer, ask you to enter the account you want the reward sent to.
How long does the payout take?
Withdrawals on EarnStar are instant, and arrival depends on the payout method. Once your payout is sent, check the account for that payout method to see if the reward has arrived.
What if you haven't received your payout?
Contact EarnStar Support at [email protected] with your claim details if it's been longer than expected for your payout method and your reward still hasn't arrived. We'll check the status for you.
