No surveys available on EarnStar, or a survey won't open?

Not seeing any surveys, or having trouble opening one? Here's why that can happen and what you can do.

Why am I not seeing any surveys?

The number of available surveys changes throughout the day, so there will be times when you see fewer surveys than usual. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong with your account.

Availability is also often lower on weekends and holidays, because many of our survey partners slow down or take a break during those times.

What can I do when there are no surveys?

Our survey inventory is refreshed regularly, and our team is always working to add new survey partners. If nothing is available right now, try taking a short break and checking back again in a little while.

What if a survey won't open?

If a survey won't open, try going back and selecting a different one. If it keeps happening, please contact our Support team and include a screenshot or screen recording of what you're seeing. It helps us see exactly what's going on so we can look into it faster.
