Need to reset your password? Here's how to do it and what to check if the reset email doesn't show up.

Request a password reset

  1. Go to the EarnStar login page.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your account, then continue.
  3. Select Forgot Password.
  4. Enter the email address linked to your account.

Check your email

  1. Open the inbox of the email address you signed up with.
  2. Look for an email from EarnStar.
  3. Select Reset Password in the email.
  4. Enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm it.

Didn't get the email?

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first. If it isn't there:

  • Make sure you used the email address linked to your account.
  • Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox, then request the reset again if needed.
  • If it still hasn't arrived, contact our Support team.
